Salary: £25,396.80 per annum (£12.21 per hour), 40 hours per week (5 days).

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team. First impressions are everything and you will set the tone for every guest’s stay. With a genuinely warm welcome, you’ll be ready with answers to any questions and be able to offer information about hotel services, facilities and the local area. Anything to help make the guests visit that bit more special.

You will be the face of our hotel, not just to guests staying on property but to guests visiting to use our restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.

• Natural hospitality charm and passion for service.
• Ideally experience working within a branded hotel environment (not essential; full training provided).
• Flexible to work a range of shifts; open 7 days a week 365 days a year.
