- The Role:

As Catering Manager, you’ll be fully embedded on site, combining hands-on cooking with strong leadership and operational management. This is not a desk-based role - you’ll be visible, involved, and setting the standard every day.

Catering Manager - You’ll be responsible for:

* Leading and motivating the on-site catering team

* Being actively involved in food preparation and service

* Delivering fresh, nutritious, and appealing menus suited to education settings

* Managing stock, budgets, and compliance

* Building strong relationships with school leadership and stakeholders

* Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
