Payroll Specialist

Position: Payroll Specialist (Permanent)
We are currently partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Accurate delivery of payrolls foremployees
Input and maintenance of Masterfile data and of variable data input to the payroll system
Promote continuous improvement on processes and the HRIS system
Ensure a culture of problem identification then resolution
Liaise with Site teams with Time and Attendance systems
Year-end process and production of P60's
Involvement in other ad hoc projects as and when required

Experience requirements:

5+ years payroll experience including experience on high volume, multi-sited payrolls
Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
