Operations Manager
What You’ll Do…
We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support a range of HR projects and initiatives. In this role, you’ll help plan, document, and communicate key activities across HR, ensuring smooth delivery of projects such as policy rollouts, engagement programmes, and compliance updates.
A core part of the position is the consistent use of PMO tools and processes— including project plans, risk and change logs, reporting templates, scheduling tools, and governance routines—helping to drive structured project delivery across the HR function.
A general understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance) is beneficial.
This role plays an important part in improving HR operational efficiency by ensuring timely project execution, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting high‑quality delivery that positively impacts the employee experience.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Lead creation of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, risk logs, and change logs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership.
- Schedule and manage project meetings, prepare agendas, and record actions.
- Assist with vendor management and invoicing for HR-related project initiatives.
- Handle administrative tasks for HR PMO teams.

The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.
What You’ll Bring …- Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting the delivery of projects across cross‑functional teams
- Ability to communicate project status, risks, and actions succinctly
- Understanding of tracking, documentation accuracy, and audit expectations
- Comfortable producing reports and slide decks for leadership
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Awareness of HR compliance expectations and quality standards
- Ability to work with HRBPs, PMO, line managers, external vendors
