To support our growing operations in the UK and Europe, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Coventry office and contribute to building a high-performing international team.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK and European roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UK labor regulations
  • Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant
Employee Relations & Support
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Develop and implement occupational health policies and programs, ensure compliance with regulations, manage employee health monitoring and risk assessments, and promote workplace health, safety, and well-being through prevention initiatives, incident management, and cross-functional coordination.
What you bring – what we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
  • Familiarity with UK employment law and HR practices is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
