To support our growing operations in the UK and Europe, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Coventry office and contribute to building a high-performing international team.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK and European roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UK labor regulations
- Prepare contracts, onboarding documents, and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support
- Assist in handling employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Develop and implement occupational health policies and programs, ensure compliance with regulations, manage employee health monitoring and risk assessments, and promote workplace health, safety, and well-being through prevention initiatives, incident management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
- Familiarity with UK employment law and HR practices is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
