Filtronic plc is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 4 month fixed-term contract at our head office in Sedgefield. You will support the Talent Partner, handling sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate communications to deliver a smooth recruitment experience.
The role includes coordinating interviews, updating the ATS, reviewing applications, and supporting STEM outreach, fairs, and early-careers initiatives to attract engineering talent.
