The Coventry School Foundation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Bablake and King Henry VIII School. This full-time fixed-term 12-month role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on delivery across the employee lifecycle.
You will advise headteachers and managers, lead on complex ER cases, support change initiatives, oversee recruitment and onboarding, HR administration and payroll support, ensuring a high-quality service across the Foundation.
