Heart of England Co-operative Society Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support managers and colleagues across the Society with employee relations, wellbeing, absence management and people processes.
The role is based in our Support Centre and focuses on delivering practical HR guidance, managing a varied ER caseload, coaching managers and driving HR data reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
