Winner Recruitment is seeking an organised Onsite Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment operations across Rugby, Coventry & Nuneaton sites.
This temporary-to-perm role offers an hourly rate up to £13.50 DOE and flexible hours between 9am and 8pm, with a focus on candidate onboarding and site inductions.
