We're a boutique consultancy specialising in the Professional Education, Training, Accountancy and Membership sectors. This is a 360 role, from business development and client engagement to sourcing high-quality candidates and managing successful placements. A typical week:
Develop new & existing client relationships Source & place high-quality talent Build long-term relationships with clients & candidates Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience You’ll need: A minimum of 2 years’ agency recruitment experience Strong sourcing, Boolean search, BD skills Confident & professional communication skills Experience recruiting for corporate/professional services roles Why Newtons?
