We are seeking an ER Advisor to serve as a critical first point of contact for stakeholders, particularly managers, across the Distribution side of the business. This role is pivotal in providing timely and informed advice on all aspects of employee case management and ensuring that cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with policies.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, offering expert advice on various employee relations issues including disciplinary matters, grievances, and absence management.
• Ensure robust investigations are carried out for potential gross misconduct cases and that these cases progress efficiently to formal hearings.
• Provide coordinated support to the ER & Cases Manager on complex and confidential ER matters, including preparing reports and presentation materials.
• Assist with ER projects that support wider Employee Relations objectives and policy development.
• Maintain and update ER records, ensuring accurate management of data and compliance with storage protocols.
