Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with a fantastic organisation who are looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team in Coventry. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and wants a role with genuine variety across HR administration, recruitment and employee support.

The Role

Working closely with the HR team, you'll provide end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing high-volume recruitment administration from application through to appointment and induction
• Advertising vacancies and coordinating shortlisting and interview processes
• Preparing interview packs, schedules and recruitment documentation
• Supporting managers with recruitment activity and recruitment events
• Producing offer letters and contracts and processing contractual changes
• Coordinating pre-employment and safer recruitment checks, including references, DBS and employment history
