In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers with software-related issues, utilizing excellent communication skills to provide outstanding service. You will log requests in the Service Now system, escalate complex issues, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate must demonstrate analytical problem-solving abilities and proficiency in conveying technical information clearly.

Experience in mobile device management is a plus.
