Location:
Coventry (Hybrid) We are recruiting an E-commerce Executive on behalf of a fast-growing, multi-brand online retailer. This role will support the performance and ongoing optimisation of three Shopify websites, with a strong focus on merchandising, UX, SEO and conversion rate optimisation. Working closely with Marketing, Buying, IT, Web Development, the Contact Centre and external agencies, you will help deliver a seamless, high-performing online customer journey for both residential and trade customers.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone analytical, organised and passionate about e-commerce best practice.
Key Responsibilities Support new product launches across multiple websites in collaboration with Product and Buying teams Maintain and optimise on-site merchandising, including categories, navigation, filters and search settings Execute promotional activity and campaigns, ensuring accuracy and commercial effectiveness Analyse customer behaviour and website performance to identify UX and conversion opportunities
