Salary: Up to £60,000 + £5,750 car allowance
Location: 1–2 visits per month to Coventry, with occasional travel for project work

We are partnering with a respected organisation in the UK construction and infrastructure sector that is investing heavily in modernising its digital estate. As part of this investment, the business is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to enhance the performance, stability and capability of its CRM platform.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of CRM improvements, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft’s Wave updates, and driving technical excellence across the system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver compatibility changes for Microsoft’s bi‑annual Wave updates.
- Resolve breaking changes and issues related to plugins, customisations and feature updates.
- Continuously monitor dashboards, views, mailboxes and CRM processes, escalating and resolving errors.
- Deploy solutions to the CRM environment, contributing to a reduction of technical debt.
- Support ongoing improvements to the CRM implementation, ensuring scalability and quality.
- Use Dynamics 365 data cleansing tools to support data quality and governance.
- Deliver enhancements across Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights and Journeys.
- Support and develop coded CRM solutions, ideally through Visual Studio Code.
- Maintain and enhance Power Automate flows.
- Explore and support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to modernise deployment processes.
- Strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights/Journeys.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Understanding of CRM solution deployment, ALM processes and Wave update impact.
- Experience with Dynamics data cleansing tools and data quality improvement.
- Exposure to CI/CD approaches using Azure Dev Ops or similar is desirable.
