Cyber Security Architect

Hybrid – 3 Days in Coventry | Utilities Sector

We’re supporting a major UK utilities provider as they expand their Cyber Architecture capability. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Security Architect looking to shape enterprise‑wide security strategy, drive Secure‑by‑Design practices, and lead delivery of major cyber improvements across a complex technology landscape.

You’ll join an established Architecture function and work closely with senior stakeholders, Agile Release Trains, and Cyber Operations to ensure every technology investment meets modern security standards. You’ll also act as Product Owner for a flagship security programme—owning vision, roadmap, backlog and delivery outcomes.

• 5+ years in information or cyber security, with 3+ years in a security architecture role
• Strong experience across multiple security domains (SIEM, IAM, DLP, EPP, CASB, PAM, Cloud Security etc.)
• Familiarity with frameworks including ISO
  27001, NIST, ITIL, CobIT
• Experience influencing compliance initiatives (PCI, GDPR, NISD)
• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or O365
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Up to £70,000 salary
• Hybrid working – 3 days onsite in Coventry
