As our Request Fulfilment Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality IT service experience to colleagues across Cadent. This role is central to ensuring the timely and cost-effective fulfilment of IT hardware and service requests, supporting our colleagues to do their best work. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of being in the office three times a week.

You’ll work within IT Service Operations, managing requests for laptops, desktops, peripherals, telephony, and new starter/leaver services. Alongside day-to-day delivery, you’ll analyse trends, maintain high-quality data, and identify opportunities to improve processes and increase first-time fix rates.

• Customer Impact – Be the frontline of IT service delivery, supporting colleagues across the business.
• Variety – Work across request fulfilment, onsite support, events, and service improvement activity.
• Process Improvement – Identify trends and drive improvements to increase efficiency and first-time fix.
• Collaboration – Work closely with Service Management, suppliers, and internal IT teams.
• Development – Build strong IT service, customer service, and operational support experience.

• Experience in an SLA-driven service support environment such as Service Desk or Request Fulfilment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users at all levels.
• Good IT skills with experience supporting end-user hardware and services.
• Ability to manage your own workload and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Desirable: procurement knowledge, Ariba experience, and an interest in process improvement.
