We’re hiring a Business Systems Engineer (ERP / MRP / CRM) s is not a typical ERP role. You’ll take ownership of our Odoo environment and connect it across the business, from manufacturing and supply chain to finance, CRM, HR, IoT and eCommerce. We’re a 100+ person scale‑up in the uncrewed and robotics space, and our systems are evolving fast. We are seeking a Business Systems Engineer to take ownership of our ERP ecosystem, with a focus on Odoo and its integration into the wider business systems landscape. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role where you will work across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and operations to design, build, and improve the systems that run the business. You will be the go‑to person for ERP and business systems, with the opportunity to shape how a rapidly scaling, multinational company operates.

• Own and develop the company’s Odoo ERP environment, including modules such as MRP, inventory, purchasing, and finance.
• Design, build, and maintain API integrations between Odoo and external platforms, including Hub Spot (CRM), HRMS and payroll systems, banking and financial tools, Shopify (eCommerce), IoT platforms and engineering systems (CAD/PLM).
• Develop and customise ERP modules using Python where required.
• Improve and automate business workflows and processes across departments.
• Act as the internal subject‑matter expert for ERP and business systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and reporting accuracy.
• Support ongoing system evolution as the business scales.

• Experience working with Odoo ERP or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong experience designing and implementing API integrations.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP processes, ideally within a manufacturing or hardware context.
• Experience integrating systems such as CRM, HR, finance, or eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Direct experience with ERP custom module development.
• Experience in manufacturing, robotics, or hardware‑led businesses.
• Familiarity with IoT, CAD, or PLM systems.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure or system architecture.
• Experience with BI tools.
