Develop and lead an always-on digital marketing strategy across social media, email, websites, and a soon-to-launch mobile app Drive engaging, personalised content that reflects our brand values-community, value, charity, ESG, and diversity Shape our CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and advocacy Optimise digital campaign performance through analytics, segmentation, and A/B testing Champion innovations in AI and emerging tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity Support our mission to be the leading community retailer by promoting programmes like Helping Hearts and Pennies Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to deliver targeted campaigns that increase footfall, average basket value, and brand loyalty Manage our digital coordinator/apprentice and marketing budget What You'll Bring

You will be:

A highly organised, strategic thinker with a creative spark Passionate about digital marketing trends, tech, and AI-powered innovation Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment A confident communicator and team player who thrives on collaboration Results-focused, with a strong track record of digital campaign delivery

You will have:

5 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM (ideally in retail) Proven expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and content tools Experience developing paid/organic campaigns targeting local demographics A strong understanding of customer journeys and multichannel engagement A degree (or equivalent experience) in digital media, marketing, or a related field Experience coaching or managing others and supporting professional growth Why Join Us?
