Senior Data Consultant

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

• 15 years of experience in enterprise data strategy and consulting
• Strong experience advising CXO-level stakeholders
• Experience with enterprise data governance and operating model design
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms, such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with AI/ML, data engineering, and analytics ecosystems
• Experience with data governance, MDM, metadata, and data quality solutions
• Experience with vendor selection and build vs buy strategy
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong workshop facilitation skills
• Strong executive communication skills
• Knowledge of GDPR and responsible AI principles is desirable

• Shape and deliver our enterprise-wide data strategy for a major transformation programme
• Work closely with C-suite stakeholders
• Define our data roadmaps
• Establish operating models between business units and our Chief Data Office
• Build an AI-ready data ecosystem
• Bridge business and technology across our enterprise transformation
• Influence senior leadership

We are offering a 12-month contract for a Senior Data Consultant based in Coventry / Leamington Spa with hybrid working. This is an excellent day-rate opportunity to join a major transformation programme where we will work across the enterprise to shape data strategy and build an AI‑ready data ecosystem. The role is highly strategic and suited to someone who can connect business and technology, influence senior stakeholders, and help deliver lasting change across our organisation.
