Zenzero Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Field Service Engineer to join our Field Services team in London. You will support end users and customers by delivering onsite installs, desk moves, upgrades and proactive checks, while meeting defined SLAs.
You will troubleshoot across desktop, Office and end-user computing tasks and work closely with Project teams on deployments and other installation activities, including occasional lengthy customer-site engagements.
