Mission

SPEED & SPIRIT drives our performance. As a member of the Global Technology Operations team, you will own SAP Basis Operations for all PUMA SAP systems, including our global SAP S/4

HANA and ECC landscape. You will collaborate with Basis experts and the Global SAP S/4 Solution Architecture & Technology organization to enforce standards, drive the SAP system roadmap, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable SAP environments. Your role will guarantee 24/7 monitoring and operation of PUMA’s global SAP landscape.

• Operate and support SAP Basis for all PUMA SAP systems (S/4
  
  HANA and ECC).
• Monitor the SAP landscape 24/7 and respond to incidents.
• Enforce SAP standards and best practices across the organization.
• Drive the SAP system roadmap and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with external and internal stakeholders to ensure uptime and performance.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security and performance requirements.

• Proven member of international SAP Basis teams in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP Basis with strong exposure to SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP ECC landscapes.
• Hands‑on technical operations and innovation experience.
• Ability to drive stable, scalable, high‑performing SAP platforms supporting global business.
• Strong collaboration across regions, functions, and external partners.
• Proactive, accountable, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication in business‑fluent English and intercultural skills.
