Paid Search Executive ​/ Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Coventry Area (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing, well-established business looking to add a talented Digital Marketing Exec/ Paid Search Executive to their marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Google Ads experience who wants to join a collaborative environment and continue developing their digital marketing career.

You'll take ownership of paid search campaigns, driving performance through optimisation, analysis and strategic improvements while working alongside a wider marketing team.

• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, bids and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy and carry out A/B testing.
• Analyse campaign performance using GA4 and provide actionable insights.
• Produce regular performance reports and recommendations.
• Support wider digital marketing activity where required.

• Commercial experience managing Google Ads campaigns is essential.
• Strong understanding of PPC best practices and campaign optimisation.
