This is a highly influential role where you'll help shape the future of our integration capabilities. You'll work closely with architects, delivery teams, business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with Cadent's wider technology strategy.

From defining target architectures and roadmaps to driving innovation and automation, you'll act as a trusted technical authority within the integration domain, helping to create a more connected and efficient organisation.

Strategic Ownership - Define and maintain Cadent'senterprise integration strategy, ensuring it supports business priorities and future growth.

Modern Technology Landscape - Shape solutions spanning APIs, iPaaS platforms, cloud technologies,automation and emerging digital capabilities.

Enterprise-Wide Influence - Work across technology,delivery and business teams to drive alignment and architectural consistency.

Architecture Leadership - Play a leading role within the Architecture Practice, sharing best practice and helping shape the evolution of architecture standards and governance.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture Expertise:

• Experience defining and maintaining enterprise integration strategies and roadmaps
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, middleware and iPaaS platforms
• Experience designing target-state and transitional architectures aligned to business goals

Technical Leadership:

• Ability to act as a technical authority across integration technologies and architectural decisions
• Experience developing principles, standards, policies and governance frameworks
• Strong understanding of solution life cycles and architecture best practice

Strategic & Commercial Awareness:

• Experience supporting procurement activities, technology selection and supplier evaluations
• Ability to identify opportunities for optimisation, rationalisation and business value creation
• Understanding of industry trends, innovation and emerging technologies

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience working across architecture, delivery, security, data and business teams
• Ability to influence decision-making at senior leadership level

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Degree in a relevant discipline desirable
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, SAP, AWS or Microsoft certifications are advantageous
