Degree or equivalent experience in Data, Informatics, Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Information, or related field. Evidence of continuing professional development in data, digital, analytics, or leadership. Demonstrable ability to meet the Trusts Values Strong understanding of: NHS mental health data standards MHSDS & CSDS reporting Health Care Pathways Data governance and information standards Business intelligence and analytics tools Performance management within NHS services Statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) transformation methodologies Data warehousing and architectural modelling principles Microsoft Fabric architecture and implementation Power BI semantic modelling, dashboard development, and enterprise reporting delivery Ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful operational insight.

Significant experience leading data, analytics, or information services within the NHS or healthcare sector. Experience working with NHS datasets and NHS reporting requirements. Experience improving operational reporting and data quality processes. Experience leading teams in a complex healthcare environment. Demonstrable experience supporting service improvement through data insight and analytics. AI and automation in healthcare Population health analytics EPR optimisation programmes Cloud-based analytics environmentsICS-wide reporting and integration initiatives Knowledge of NHS Federated Data Platform developments.

Demonstrate commitment to compassionate, patient-centred mental healthcare. Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion. Support collaborative working across Adult and Childrens services. Champion ethical and responsible use of data and AI. Foster a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Able to travel between Trust sites and to meetings.
