Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a high-visibility Oracle HCM transformation programme. You will act as Functional Lead and Solution Owner across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time & Labour, and more, guiding design, configuration and delivery.
You will lead workshops, align solutions with Oracle leading practices, and mentor the HCM functional team to ensure successful adoption and ongoing value realization.
