Blupace Tech is seeking a Desktop Technician for an on-site role in Bournemouth. You will provide day-to-day desktop support, handle inbound calls, troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications, and document steps in a ticketing system.
The role requires 3–5 years IT experience, English fluency, and readiness to work across shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows, AD, O365, and VDI/thin clients, plus basic network and security awareness.
