An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Coventry Agency.

* About the role:

** 1.
Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.  2.
Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies to our existing insurance clients and new customers to the NFU Mutual.
3.
Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.  4.
Provide support to the rest of the team when needed.  5.
Support with general office administration duties.

* About you:

** 1.
People who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.  2.
A proficient IT user with good interpersonal and communication skills.  3.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving and like working in a customer support and sales environment. You will embrace meeting compliance requirements and having a meticulous eye for detail is essential.  4.
Minimum of GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).  5.
The ability to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
