What you’ll be doing :

The role will involve:

Leading, mentoring and managing an established conveyancing team
Managing a reduced caseload of predominantly residential conveyancing matters, with exposure to some additional commercial property work if desired
Dealing with sales and purchase transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity etc.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
Keeping up to date with changing legislation and compliance

Who we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

Fully qualified status – solicitor, chartered legal executive or licenced conveyancer
Significant, up to date experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner
Experience as a senior lawyer, team leader, supervisor or head of department
Excellent leadership skills and client care skills
Ambition and drive to lead and grow a successful department and further progress your career
