• Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re‑mortgages, and New Build developments.
• Handling files from instruction to completion with autonomy and precision.
• Drafting and approving legal documentation such as contracts and transfer deeds.
• Delivering clear, responsive legal advice to clients with professionalism and care.
