• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Working closely with clients, agents and lenders to ensure smooth, proactive progression of matters
• Using modern case management systems to streamline processes and reduce admin burden
• Being trusted to run your files with autonomy, while still having senior support when needed
