Commercial Real Estate Solicitor

Our Legal 500 client is seeking a 2–4 PQE Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its Band 1 Chambers and Tier 1 Legal 500 Commercial Property team. The firm offers hybrid working, a generous holiday allowance, bonus schemes, a health cashback plan, and an excellent range of benefits.

This role is ideal for a technically strong solicitor with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues and business development. You'll work with a broad client base across the UK, including developers, investors, major corporates, public bodies, schools, retailers, landlords, tenants, and entrepreneurs.

• Landlord and tenant work

• Sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience of Commercial Real Estate.
