You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical legal advice to a varied client base. • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish.
• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, commercial finance, and other property transactions.
• Meeting with clients in person, by telephone, and via correspondence to provide legal advice and updates.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client files and records.
• Managing case progression and diary commitments effectively.
• Responding to enquiries and providing quotations for prospective clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Participating in networking and business development activities to generate new work.
• Keeping up to date with legal developments and regulatory requirements.

• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law and practice.
• Knowledge and understanding of CQS requirements.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A professional and confident telephone and face-to-face manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
