Job Description

The role provides administrative support aligned with corporate systems, business needs, and departmental requirements. The selected candidate will manage assets, materials, expense reimbursements, licenses, projects, and logistics to execute and optimize processes, resolve issues, coordinate resources, and improve efficiency and operational continuity.

Responsibilities
  • Asset & Inventory Management – Oversee the full lifecycle management of fixed assets, consumables, and logistics equipment, from procurement to disposal; conduct audits, optimize asset configurations, and ensure accurate accounting and efficient utilization.
  • Launch and Expansion Administration – Support expansion goals by leading procurement efforts and facilitating delivery to new operational sites.
  • Licensing & Compliance Management – Manage business licenses and permits, handling applications, renewals, cancellations, and filings; coordinate with authorities to meet licensing requirements.
  • Project Administration – Collect, modify, and verify project requirements (including mobile phone cards); coordinate office arrangements, temporary warehouse resource allocations, and process large‑scale promotional welfare expense reimbursements.
  • Campus Logistics & Employee Engagement – Oversee logistics for site facilities, organize employee activities, address feedback, and enhance satisfaction and team cohesion.
  • Process Optimisation & Resource Coordination – Streamline administrative workflows; coordinate internal and external resources; provide expert solutions to standardize processes, enhance execution efficiency, and mitigate operational risks.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office management.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and proactive mindset.
