Based at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Coventry, this programme is designed to develop the next generation of operations and logistics leaders.

Over four years, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across every part of our logistics and operations function, building real‑world skills while earning a fully funded degree.

This programme integrates a BSc (Hons) in Supply Chain Management with Aston University, beginning in September 2026. Throughout the four‑year programme, you will attend Aston University while continuing to gain practical experience at Kite.

• Costs associated with attending University

On successful completion of the programme, you will move into a permanent role within the business, with clear progression opportunities towards becoming a Team Leader or Logistics Manager. If you have the potential, ambition, and drive to become a logistics leader of the future, we want to hear from you.

• 5 GCSE’s with a minimum Grade 6 (B) in Maths and English Language
• 112 UCAS points
• Have confidence in their abilities and be able to easily create rapport with others
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Have a full UK driver’s licence

All successful candidates will be provided with a starting basic salary of £20,000, rising to £28,000 over the programme.

• Holidays 22 days per year rising by 1 each year to 25, including an option to buy or sell a maximum of 3 days, plus statutory holidays.
