SLR Recruitment is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Southampton to establish and lead the Defence Business Unit's purchasing function. You will shape policy, strategy and annual savings targets, with authority to negotiate with combat system suppliers and standardise processes.
Reporting to the CEO with group-level support, you will manage budgets, build procurement plans for projects, develop supplier relationships, and drive cost reductions while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
