Evri Group is the UK’s premier parcel delivery business, uniting four distinct brands—Evri, Evri Premium, a network of DHL, UK Mail and Irish e-commerce specialist Coll-8—to deliver more than 1 billion parcels and letters annually across the UK and to over 200 global destinations. With 12,000 colleagues, 30,000 couriers and drivers, 8,000 vehicles, and a nationwide network of hubs, depots and fulfilment centres, we combine over 50 years of expertise with the scale and flexibility to support everyone from casual senders to SMEs and major retailers.

Driven by our friendly, ambitious and diverse people, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and offer exciting opportunities across the Evri Group.

We're committed to continually improving how we operate, delivering outstanding service to our customers while creating an environment where our people can thrive. We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Continuous Improvement Manager to join our operational excellence team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving change, implementing new initiatives, and embedding best practice across a large-scale national operation.

You'll work closely with depot teams across the UK, helping to standardise processes, improve performance, and create a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers significant exposure across the business and is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career while making a measurable impact.

This is a national field-based operational role that requires regular travel to sites across the UK, including occasional overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be expected to visit hubs and depots nationally to support operational improvement initiatives where and when business needs require.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Embedding and championing Bluebook SOPs across depot operations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and ways of working.
  • Coaching and supporting operational teams to deliver sustainable results.
  • Using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Challenging the status quo and leading the adoption of smarter, more effective practices.
  • Delivering training on Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Leading the rollout of new initiatives and ensuring successful implementation across the network.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes are practical, effective, and fully embedded.
What you’ll bring to the role:

We're looking for a proactive change agent who enjoys solving problems, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results. You'll ideally come from a logistics, transport, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, retail, or other fast-paced operational environment and have experience leading operational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proven experience managing stakeholders within a matrix organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience driving operational change and successfully implementing new initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data and MI to identify issues and create effective action plans.
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • A strong understanding of operational processes and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • The ability to coach, motivate, and develop colleagues to achieve sustainable improvements.
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive positive change.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A high level of personal ownership and accountability, seeing challenges through to resolution.

We’re also on a mission to be the UK’s most accessible delivery business. We’ve partnered with Scope, the leading disability equality charity, to improve deliveries for millions of customers and give extra support to our colleagues and couriers who need it.

Collaboration is key because we work better together. Bring passion, ambition and an open mind, and in return we’ll give you respect, flexibility and a place where you can thrive.
