We are seeking an experienced On The Road (OTR) Performance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving best in class performance on the road Performance to this across our UK Delivery Station network. Ensuring that our Operations teams are equipped with processes and mechanisms to drive optimal performance without impacting efficiency targets.
** Responsibilities**:
* Building mechanisms and reporting that drive On The Road Performance and create visibility and trends for leadership to review and operations teams to act.
* Development of processes and decision trees that support critical decisions throughout the day that protect customer promise but maintain efficiency.
* Collaborating with capacity planning to optimise efficiency through management of operational timelines to maximise on road time for delivery.
* Working closely with Delivery Service Partner (DSP) management on specific DSP performance concerns, ensuring concerns are addressed through a defined process
* Working with Process Excellence to ensure all Stations SOP’s are built to incorporate optimal performance management.
* Management and reporting of Operational DILO and identification of defects between First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile.
