A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced Property Deep Cleaners to assist with end‑of‑tenancy property preparation. This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.
Duties include:
- Full cleaning of unoccupied homes
- Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces
- Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
- Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors
- Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience; ability to complete jobs independently; own cleaning products and equipment required; reliable vehicle or transport access; very good English communication skills.
Additional Information:
Mostly weekday work. Bookings generally last 4–8 hours. Weekend jobs may occasionally be available. Pay: £15 per hour.
