Hours: Monday to Friday – 6am to 2pm (the start time is flexible)

This role requires driving around the Midland region cleaning windows and completing specialist cleaning to retail properties to company standards. The role will include access to a company vehicle and equipment, so a driving licence is required. Ideally we are looking for an Operative who has previous experience window cleaning so they start and work to the required standards, specific training needed will be provided.

• To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.
• Use specialised equipment (provided by the company) and techniques to effectively remove dirt, stains, and allergens.
• Follow established schedules to conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as per client requests.
• Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
• Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
• Report any customer complaints or compliments and take remedial action if possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/supervisor.

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• You must hold a full UK Driving License.
• You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings.
• You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self‑sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction.
• Working hours consist of an 8‑hour working day, typically starting at 6am – 2pm but it may vary depending on the site, client and other factors.
• Some weekend and out of hours availability will be required; this will be pre‑planned and treated as overtime.
