About the Role

Position: Cleaner

Schedule: Monday - Friday 18:00 - 20:00;
Sunday 16:00 - 19:00 (keyholder position)

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 2WQ

We are looking to recruit a Cleaner at our client’s premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do.

• As part of the Atlas Family, dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and meeting the needs of clients efficiently.
• Receive induction and training within the first week, learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards throughout.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (evidence must be brought to the interview).
• Positive and thoughtful approach (cleaning experience welcome but not required).
• Excitement about making a difference and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Local to the area.
