This is a Coventry accident repair centre that's been doing it properly since 1990 British Standard approved and manufacturer approved across 12 marques including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Lotus, BMW and Mini. They put real money into training and kit, which on the MET side means clean work, correct procedures, and a structured team around you rather than chaos. The work:
Strip and rebuild mechanical, electrical and trim. Repairs to manufacturer and Thatcham standards. Working inside a high-performing team where standards actually get held, not just talked about. What they're after: ATA / NVQ Level 3 (they'll get you trained up if you're close but not there), solid bodyshop/MET experience with some diagnostics understanding, a proper work ethic, and a full UK licence.

What you get: £40K £46K basic, weekly attendance bonus plus monthly efficiency bonus taking realistic OTE to £55K, 28 days holiday plus your birthday off, manufacturer training and a real progression path, flexible hours with overtime there if you want it, Monday Friday, 8am5pm, 40-hour contract.
