Mitie Landscapes, a leading FM company, offers a role as Grounds Maintenance Operative reporting to the Contracts Manager. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations and partnering with Canal & River Trust to maintain England’s canal network.

• Maintain the canal network, including grass cutting and hedge cutting.
• Provide management with relevant information and reporting as required, including reporting any site hazards.
• Operate all vehicles, machinery and equipment in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Undertake training as and when required.

• Passion for working outdoors.
• Prepared to work in an agile and flexible working environment.
• Good understanding of smartphone technology.
• Prior Grounds Maintenance experience.
• Full driving licence.
