Phoenix Resourcing Services is recruiting for a Caretaker in Kirkley, Newcastle. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a shift pattern from 6am to 11pm. Starting asap to 28th August, with potential for temp to perm for the right candidate.
Typical duties include site opening and securing, basic maintenance, and supervising contractors. A DBS and a valid UK driving licence with own transport are preferred.
