Previous applicants need not apply To work as a maintenance technician for Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust, carrying out a skilled function for the building/fabric trades on buildings within their level of professional competence.

The post holder will also have the ability to maintain services and repairs to a full range of estates equipment within a defined area such as fire doors, anti-barricade doors and window restrictors. The work will be both routine and/or non-routine in nature, requiring the post holder to be flexible, adaptable and proactive to provide a customer focused service.

  • Complete allocated reactive tasks as required
  • Ensure all PPM and routine maintenance requirements are fulfilled
  • Carry out building surveys and inspections of various services
  • Advise on material, equipment and systems
  • Maintain building and site service records
  • Highlight Health & Safety issues relating to building, mechanical control and electrical issues
  • Carry out investigation and testing on fire alarm and security systems
  • Complete general building/building fabric DIY works
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers where necessary
