Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a maintenance assistant to support the estates team across the Trust Estate. You will carry out routine maintenance of building services and mechanical systems, interpret works from instruction and drawings, undertake assessments of equipment, and participate in Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules.
You will assist Estates Officers with surveys, estimating small schemes, recording site data, and prioritising day-to-day requisitions.
