We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizen’s offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry.

Position:
Cleaning Technician

Salary: £25,893

Location:
Torrington Avenue, Coventry, CV4 9AJ

Basis:
Permanent

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday
- Sunday 5 working days over 7

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards.

Duties include:

• Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housing
• Carrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages
• Using a range of cleaning methods and equipment
• Removing litter, refuse, and small-scale graffiti
• Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks
• Reporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issues
• Working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications and experience:

You’ll have:

• Previous cleaning experience
• A good understanding of basic health & safety
• A reliable, professional approach
• The ability to meet set standards and deadlines
• A full driving licence and abilityto drive a small company van (manual)
