Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + technical performance incentives
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Role OverviewSeeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our technical crew. You will be responsible for executing deep-level diagnostic fault finding, major engine and drivetrain overhauls, pre-MOT safety evaluations, and routine maintenance across a wide variety of vehicle marques to specialist standards.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background).
- Advanced diagnostic problem-solving capabilities alongside strong, proven mechanical repair skills.
- Valid DVSA MOT Tester Smart Card commands higher starting pay potential, but is not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
- Base: Coventry Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic location with direct connections via the A45, A46, M6, and M69, offering simple daily commutes across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
- Public Transport: Accessible via Coventry rail station and local city bus networks.
