Are you comfortable being responsible for the delivery of sustainability objectives throughout the full construction lifecycle?

If so, look no further...

A new opportunity has arisen for a Sustainability Manager to join our client, a Midlands-based Construction Group delivering high-quality projects across the region. Working closely with the Head of Sustainability, wider sustainability team, and your aligned project teams, you’ll ensure that sustainability is embedded across all site operations and champion continuous improvement.

Why the Sustainability Manager position is something you should apply for:
  • You’ll be part of a business with a strong local presence and a pipeline of impressive projects.

  • You’ll collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including key clients.

  • The organisation promotes a learning-led environment with a flexible and progressive working culture.

The successful Sustainability Manager will:
  • Have a proven track record in construction, delivering technical sustainability outcomes across areas such as BREEAM, carbon, reporting, data, engagement, and contributing to bids and tenders.

  • Be a self-starter, with the motivation and initiative to lead on sustainability without the need for constant oversight.

  • Have the confidence and communication skills to engage effectively with people at all levels across projects and the wider business.

  • Ensure that accurate, meaningful sustainability data is captured and reported throughout project delivery.

In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:
