In this role, you will manage the full bid lifecycle ensuring all proposals are compliant, competitive and delivered to the highest possible standard.

As a Bid Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full end-to-end bid and tender process across renewable and smart energy projects.
Producing, coordinating and submitting high-quality written proposals within strict deadlines.
Working closely with commercial, operational and technical teams to develop winning submissions.
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date bid library while ensuring document quality and compliance.
Supporting business development activities through opportunity identification and qualification.

The successful Bid Manager should have:

Proven experience managing and writing bids within Engineering.
Excellent organisational ability, time management and close attention to detail.
Experience coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and delivering work to tight time frames.
